Booking terms

Last updated 25 October 2026

The simple rules behind every booking: how quotes and payments work, what we look after, and what we ask of you. They apply to all bookings with The Hub Vinchy Multiple Services Ltd.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to every booking made with The Hub Vinchy Multiple Services Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria ("we", "us"). Our cancellation policy also applies to every booking, and members are covered by our membership terms. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes

Tell us what you need on WhatsApp, by email or through the request form on our website, and we will send you a quote, usually within 24 hours. Your quote lists each item, what it includes, and our service fee as a separate line.

Quotes are based on our partners' availability and prices at the time. Nothing is held or reserved for you until you have paid.

3. Prices, fees and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars.
  • You can pay in naira at the exchange rate on the day of payment. One-off payments can also be made in USDT on request.
  • Package clients who are not members pay a 15% service fee on services added to their package. One-off requests outside a package or membership carry a 20% service fee, with a minimum of $25 per request. Members pay no service fee. All service fees include VAT.
  • Card payments are processed securely by Paystack.

4. When your booking is confirmed

Your booking is confirmed only once we have received your payment and confirmed it to you in writing on WhatsApp or by email. Until then, prices and availability can change.

5. Lead booker and group size

Each booking has one lead booker: the person who books and pays. The lead booker is our single point of contact and the only person with access to our concierge line for that booking. You can book on behalf of family, friends or guests, and all their requests, changes and cancellations come through you. You are responsible for making sure everyone in your group knows and follows these terms.

Packages cover groups of up to 10 people, including the lead booker. Larger groups are quoted separately.

6. What packages include

Each package includes what is listed under "Included in the fee" on our website or in your quote. Anything listed as "Arranged for you, quoted separately" is paid for on top. Our on-the-ground host is available to help during your stay but is not with you around the clock. A full-time host can be booked as a paid extra.

7. Our partners

Many services are delivered by trusted independent partners, such as drivers, apartment and beach house owners, boat operators, venues, security providers and official ticket sellers. We choose them carefully, book and coordinate them for you, and stay your point of contact throughout. Each partner's own rules also apply, for example house rules, venue dress codes and boat safety instructions.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate details, including names, flight numbers and arrival times, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
  • Hold valid passports, visas and travel documents. Our e-Visa assistance helps you apply, but approval is decided by the Nigerian authorities and is not guaranteed.
  • Be on time for pickups, reservations and departures. Extra waiting time beyond what was agreed may be charged.
  • Treat our team, partners and their property with respect. Damage caused by you or your guests will be charged to the lead booker.
  • Alcohol is only arranged for guests aged 18 and over.

9. Tickets

We source concert, match and event tickets only from official sellers and authorised hospitality packages. Tickets are non-refundable once bought, and entry is subject to the organiser's own terms.

10. Security services

Close protection is provided by trained professionals, and police escorts are arranged only through official channels. We may decline any request that would be unsafe or unlawful.

11. When we can refuse or end a service

We may refuse or end a service, without refund, if it would involve anything illegal, if our team or partners are threatened or treated with disrespect, or if a guest's behaviour puts people or property at risk.

12. Things outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events outside our control, such as flight delays, traffic, weather, strikes, road closures or government action. When they happen, we will do our best to help and to find alternatives. Any extra costs from partners are charged at cost.

13. Our liability

If something we are responsible for goes wrong, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service. Please keep your valuables and personal belongings safe; we are not responsible for their loss unless it was caused by us. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes and cancellations

Changes, cancellations and refunds are covered by our cancellation policy.

15. If something is not right

Tell us as soon as possible, ideally while you are still with us, so we can put it right. Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@thehubvinchy.com, and we will reply personally.

16. Your information

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute.

18. Contact
